I've listened to mine restart itself seventeen time in the last twelve hours. So, tomorrow I move everything to Dropbox and factory reset. If that doesn't do it, it's upgrade time!

Droid 4 -- two generations newer version of the phone i have now, with slide-out keyboard (*_*)
