Does anyone have links for (or can anyone upload?) Hannibal 1x04 Oeuf (KORSUB OR BUST) or GOT 3x05 there? I managed to pull a 500mb backup of my research file from there today so at least it works! NOTHING ELSE DOES.
This vacation is THE SHIT, though, you guys. I fucking love it. I have seen maybe four people in four days? I've eaten like a normal person who doesn't live on fast food. I have written like 14k (of terrible horrible crap but) FOURTEEN THOUSAND WORDS OF MURDER DRAFT AKA HOW DID THIS ROMANCE NOVEL GET IN HERE \o/ \o/ \o/ I have made it through the first half hour of Jailhouse Rock for the umpteenth time in NEAR-RECORD TIME (it's REALLY difficult to watch it all at once because Elvis is such an adorable dipshit in it oh my god. OH MY GOD. Like, at some point in my life I will maybe be able to watch it in one go but it's highly doubtful. Also he keeps licking his lips, so. SO). Aside from that and Lilo & Stitch the other night, I have actually not really listened to any media at all though. Like. Birds, trees, wind, rain, the hot tub (which sounds like waves at the ocean so A+++++++ ALL THE WAY AROUND THERE), cars on the road at the bottom of the mountain, weird pinging noises on the screens all night, things dropping on the roof in the dark, popping and cracking noises in the kitchen IT'S LIKE THE BEST AMBIENT NOISE GENERATOR RUN THROUGH A HORROR MOVIE SFX SESSION I FUCKING LOVE IT.
Also, I'm pretty sure there was deer piss on the driveway this morning? That or a creepy mountain man dude with some tragic body chemistry was hanging out peeing on the gravel in the middle of the night. Either/or.
Okay, yeah, I've also spent a hilarious amount of time just lying on a couch doing nothing, and today I actually was trapped in my car for a while by wasps (PROBABLY THE SAME WASPS I'VE BEEN USHERING OUT OF THE CABIN ALL WEEK) and there have been hairy slugs and a giant wolf spider and more caterpillars and centipedes than I've probably seen in the last ten years combined, but I've also seen TWO WILD TURKEYS just RANDOMLY WALKING AROUND ON THE SIDES OF ROADS and there are sheep and cows of a totally different variety to what we have at home and this place looks like I'm back in friggin' Scotland, I swear to god. CAN I MOVE HERE AND OF COURSE YES I CAN BUT WHEN.
